The synApps "ip" module has a StreamDevice database and protocol file for the Lakeshore 336. As Eric said it should work with either GPIB or Ethernet.
This is not listed in the EPICS Hardware Modules Web page, but it should be.

Unfortunately the manual says there is no serial interface, just USB,
IEEE-488, and Ethernet. We're interested in using Ethernet.
