Hello all,

I am looking for a framework to develop state machines, à la SEQ/SNL but

... not targeted to epics or channel access.

The PV API - still present in seq-2.1.4? - seems to go in the right

direction, but I recall a discussion in 2010 stating it might eventually

go away.

Does anyone know an environment that might work for similar purposes,

but independent and long term outlook?
