Hello:
It should be there.
In a databrowser plot, open the properties panel.
Then in the prop panel, right click on one or 2 PVs
and the context menu for "Export Samples" should list
the post analyzer.
The issue may be that originally the Post Analyzer was
in the "CSS" context menu, but now there are separate
"Process Variable" and "Export Samples" context menus.
