Hello,

we have developed a new tool for HZB Berlin. It is called CA Watcher and
is a monitor and alarm handler for EPICS variables.
What are the features?
- Written in Java and OSindependent
- GUI for input a set of EPICS variables
- Monitor results are ordered in a table
- Possibility to define alarm trigger
- Alarms are displayed in a separate list
- Alarm events can play alert sound
- Alarm events can send emails (and short messages -> in HZB Berlin only)
- Sets of variables and their alarm triggers can be saved
