Yes, I can understand the problems you're seeing, as I've been sort of
actively working on wxmplot over the past month or so, and
subsequently broken and re-fixed the StripChart app a few times.  I
should warn you that I may continue altering wxmplot, but I'll try to
keep the Epics StripChart working!

I should probably post a version 0.98 of wxmplot, and a coincident
release of Epics Apps that will work with that version.   I'll try to
do that this week.  For now, the git repositories for both are working
together (though I made a fix today!), so cloning and building from
the github.com repositories (for wxmplot and epicsapps) might be the
best way to get StripChart working right now.

As far as I know, you're the only person besides me and my group using
the StripChart application, so if you have any suggestions, please let
me know.  If you're willing / able to provide fixes to code, that
would be wonderful.
