When building base-3-14-12-2-rc1 on uClibc

base is using 'finite()' which is a BSD routine

OTOH, uClibc provides C99 and thus implements
the 'isfinite()' macro.
We already define finite() where the OS doesn't already provide it, see
src/libCom/osi/os/*/epicsMath.h. Which OS class are you using for this
particular target?
linux. However, this is AFAIK a C-library std rather than an OS issue.
I'm using uClibc (which does not have BSD finite()).
Also it is odd that linux uses osi/os/posix/epicsMath.h but 'finite()'
is definitely not posix...
