Mark Rivers reported another two bugs in the compiler, which I wanted to fix
before making a new release, so that's (mostly) the reason for the delay. You
can use the latests snapshot that I uploaded today. It contains fixes for all
known (to me) problems; apart from administrative stuff (release notes,
download link etc) this will be 2.1.3 (provided we don't find any more
imminent issues).
