Hi Martin,

Bug 541177 at launchpad is a placeholder for documenting this issue. Its
current "Importance" level is assigned as "wishlist". I added yours, and
Ralph's, comments there.

I prefer a fix that exposes only the event mask rather than the entire
private internals of the server, but since there is already a newer server
interface then perhaps just exporting casCtx.h from base will be expedient,
but unfortunately perhaps the gateway currently relies on additional ca
server internal header files in its current state?
