Hi Linda,

According to the manual it should be quite straight forward to get it working:


Terminator = CR LF;

# pass gauge number 1 or 2 as parameter
# connect to ai record, use pressure(1) or pressure(2) in INP
pressure { out "DS IG\$1"; in "%f"; }

# connect to bo record, use switch(1) or switch(2) in OUT
switch {out "IG\$1"; in "OK"; }

# connect to bi record
degas_status { out "DGS"; in "%b"; }

# connect to bo records
degas { out "DG %{OFF|ON}"; in "OK";
  @init {degas_status}
}

Similar for all other commands. There are not that many. You don't need to take care of the error strings because no error should happen if the protocols are correct.

I would scan the input record with 1 second.
