Recently, there were some issues with SourceForge (accounts being hacked, CVS being turned off etc).

However, I did try this just now

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/epicschanarch co -P ChannelArchiver

and I was able to download it. Would there be a specific error?
