How in the world does one download the current Channel Archiver?

I've checked here:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/epicschanarch/wiki

No files are listed.

I tried the cvs command suggested and it doesn't let me login.  I created an account on sourceforge.

What important step did I miss?
