Which ethernet module and firmware version are you using on your
control logix PLCs? We've seen some buggy firmware versions which
caused the PLC to occasionally drop its ethernet connection. Scanned
ai records with ether_ip show a value of 0.0 with a READ error when
the network connection is dropped.
