To expand on Mark's reply, edit your base/configure/CONFIG_SITE file and set
CROSS_COMPILER_TARGET_ARCHS = win32-x86-debug
This will cause it to build both non-debug and debug versions of the code, and
you can then choose which you want to run based on the target architecture you
choose. Don't forget to adjust your PATH to include the relevant
base/bin/<arch> directory or you'll be using the wrong DLLs.
