Use something like this in your Makefile:

PROD_IOC_linux-x86 = <products you want to build here>
PROD_IOC += $(PROD_IOC_$(T_A))

That adds the list of products to PROD_IOC only when T_A is linux-x86; for 
other values of T_A they will not be included.
