Hi:
Can other tools from the same client computer,
for example a command-line 'caget' from EPICS base,
connect to the PVs?
What if you de-select auto_addr_list and set the address list to the IP of
one of your IOCs? Do you then see the PVs on there?
What if you de-select auto_addr_list and set the address list to the IP of a
broadcast address that includes one of your IOCs?
