Hi, Tom.

Maybe you're using the startup/EpicsHostArch script from EPICS
Base to set EPICS_HOST_ARCH? I just tried that from EPICS Base
3.14.12.1 and it printed "darwin-x86_64" and exited with a 0
exit status.

$ ./startup/EpicsHostArch
darwin-x86_64

Andrew, I don't think that's correct.  My CPU is 64-bit.  I
think the script should probably print "darwin-x86" or
"darwin-ppcx86". Or maybe the script should support printing
what ARCH_CLASS should be set to as well?

The perl version (i.e. startup/EpicsHostArch.pl) prints
"unsupported" without a newline and exits with a 0 exit status.
