we always have had them, as long as they're from the
community and for similar jobs I also don't see a problem
with it.
(I almost expect that we will the the job listed here that
Ron Chestnut retired from unless they already have somebody
in mind).
The ad says it's for 12 months. It doesn't say it's extendable
or not extendable, but I don't see a problem with you commenting
on it either :) - Somebody may want to go to Australia for
12 months.
