Hi,

 

I’m a beginner with EPICS.  

 

I’m trying to build EPICS base (3.14.12.1) on Windows XP with Cygwin (EPICS_HOST_ARCH = cygwin-x86, SHARED_LIBRARIES = NO, STATIC_BUILD = YES).   I get pretty far into the build, but encounter the following error for  directory src/cap5 (see below).
