Hi,

Has anyone else seen an issue like this?
Any ideas and references will be appreciated.
Hi Ernest,
not EPICS related, but we had an issue of running out of semaphores
several years ago that our sys-admins resolved by recompiling the
kernel(s) with a much higher semaphore limit. I also recall an issue
with a shared memory leak (also non-EPICS related).
