This is a second release candidate for seq-2.0.13. I followed Andrew's
suggestions and moved the error detection for assign to 64 bit long from snc
to the C compiler (via #if ... #error...). This version should now complain
if and only if the program contains an assign clause for a long or unsigned
long *and* the program is compiled for an architecture where a long is
larger than 4 bytes.
