Hi, In 3.14.12 I see that RULES.Db has changed and if DB_OPT is not set in an IOC's database makefile, then DBDDEPENDS_FILES will be empty and therefore no dependency checking is done. Looks like DBDEPENDS_FILES needs to be changed to use COMMON_DBS. I've attached a patch against the 3.14 repository which seem to work for my environment.
