Hello Jay,
This response may not solve your problem, but it might help: If this was a
direct copy/paste of your substitutions file it's missing a closing double-
quote for the PORT value. I would generally recommend that you enclose all
non-numeric values inside either single or double quotes, as the set of
characters that can be used in string values without quoting them is slightly
obscure.
