Subject: gensub/asub inputs not PP

I saw that - in contrast to good old subRecord - the
various input fields (A..U) of aSub or genSub
do not have the pp(TRUE) attribute, i.e., when I
change one of these inputs the record is not processed
(if passive).

As a curiosity, the genSub record had just input
field J with pp(TRUE).

Can someone enlighten me why these records were
designed this way? It would seem more useful to me
that when I write to an input field the record
should process.
