The latest non-experimental released version of the sequencer is 2.0.12, which
does build with 3.14.12.
If you prefer to modify your 2.0.11 installation though, you will need to
remove all mention of the iocsh library from the src/seq/Makefile — it was
merged into libCom in Base 3.14.10. Under src/snc/Makefile you should also
remove the lines setting SYS_PROD_LIBS_Linux and SYS_PROD_LIBS_DEFAULT. There
were some other changes between 2.0.11 and 2.0.12, but I'm not sure if they're
essential; it will probably be quicker to just download 2.0.12.
