The problem is that it is easy to forget the -s switch which leaves you
with a program that cannot be interrupted other than with a kill -9
(SIG_TERM). This is just annoying and I don't see a compelling use
case.
A compromise would be to just reverse the default, so you'd need an
extra switch to say 'no ioc shell'.
