As Lewis said, you have to keep voting if you want to vote for or against a particular idea. If you don't like the way that an idea is worded, rewrite it and submit your rewrite, if it's better it will get voted above the original.

the way this presents itself is a bit like "kitten war": http://kittenwar.com/ - which can be an enormous time sink if
you let it draw you into that, only, voting for EPICS ideas
is something that may or may not determine all of our future
work, and some directions we're all likely to take.


I voted some 180 or so times (it only counts the votes where one picks
one over another, not the "can't decide" ones) when it started feeling
a bit repetitive, but the results are kind of interesting.
