The other PC, is it also running Windows or a different OS?

Windows IOC PC: What version of Windows?

My hypothesis here is to challenge the Windows client network interface for some periodic reconfiguration of its service. Just suspicious.

- The IOC is running fine

- The PC running the IOC has 2 local CA clients connected to the IOC,
