Hi Eric,

I don't normally use this feature. Quick check here gives me the same problem. One work around: select 'print preview', click the print button there, use something like cups-pdf (linux) that worked for me.
Might not be very helpful if you bulk process a bunch of schematics from command line (if that option exists).

A while back I posted a message about my inability to convert VDCT drawings to PostScript:

VDCT -- 2.6.1274 on OS X and on LInux

When I try to export as PostScript I get the following error:
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
	at java.lang.AbstractStringBuilder.insert(AbstractStringBuilder.java:979)
	at java.lang.StringBuffer.insert(StringBuffer.java:446)
	at com.cosylab.vdct.VisualDCT.printGrid(Unknown Source)
	at com.cosylab.vdct.VisualDCT$1MyOwnPostScriptExportingThread.run(Unknown Source)

Is there some setting that I've missed? Some workaround that will let this proceed?

I received no responses thus leading me to believe that:
A) VDCT is dead.
or
B) No one else has a problem with this conversion.
or
C) No one else needs to get PostScript images for inclusion in other documentation or archival in a document control system.

So -- which of the above statements is true?

Hopefully,
