I am sorry, the tar balls are (yet) another victim of our recent (forced)
switch to a new server machine. Is fixed now.
BTW, I plan to release another (gamma?) version soon (a few weeks max). It
will contain features that enable the SNL programmer to avoid race
conditions due to monitor updates.
