Perfect, thank you Mark. It hadn't dawned on me that all those Makefile
values could be made OS-specific.
As suggested, I changed one myioc_LIBS to myioc_LIBS_RTEMS and one
myioc_DBD to myioc_DBD_RTEMS in my IOC Makefile, and it's perfect.
