Sorry, I got interrupted and didn't review the message properly before sending
it.
I was actually wrong about this being in Base, but we have make rule here that
uses the C preprocessor to generate access security files, allowing us to
include common files and substitute variables. If you have a way of getting
the list of host-names for your subnet from something like LDAP you could use
that with a script to generate a HAG list that names all those hosts.
