I came to SNS much later than the naming convention took place,
so I’m not a big expert on it.
Generally diagnostics devices are named after magnets. So the
name ”130” was inherited from the magnet.
If there are several diagnostics devices per one magnet we add
literal indexing like
SCL_Diag:BLM29b and SCL_Diag:BLM29c.
I’m not sure how the magnets are named, but the “1”
in “130” means the first DTL tank.
