We are looking to add some gas analysis to one of our beamlines. We have come across three possible mass spectrometers we could use.
 
1) Pfeiffer OmniStar mass spectrometer
2) MKS Cirrus Gas Monitor
3) Hiden QIC Series Gas Analyser
 
Does anyone have epics drivers for these? I can't find any reference to them on the epics website supported hardware list.
 
Alternatively can anyone suggest some similar hardware which already has epics support?
