I have just added an entry to the Known Problems page for Base R3.14.11 and 
provided a patch that adds support for vxWorks 6.8, and should resolve the C++ 
exception problems when using vxWorks 6.6 and 6.7.  Thanks to Kay Kasemir and 
Steven Hartman from ORNL for tracking down the latter problem, which was 
caused by our not using a linker script when creating munch files.

A branch of R3.14.11 with all the published patches applied can be checked out 
using Bazaar with this location on Launchpad:
    lp:~epics-core/epics-base/3.14.11+patches/

I have also committed equivalent changes to the Bazaar 3.14 branch.
