Hi Maren,

I'd suggest that having Google index tech-talk is not really for the
benefit of anyone accustomed to EPICS and established on this list, but
it would be useful for newbies trying to find their feet (like me!) and
for anyone trying to decide if EPICS would make a good fit for their
particular set of circumstances (assuming their particular circumstances
are not completely documented in any of the more official spots.)
