Dear All,
we did many applications for Strong-ARM using EPICS at our lab and we are changing all iocs to arm based controller by replacing PCs. There
are some changes required to EPICS .ARM is big endian and there is
no direct support on the CPU. It uses floating point simulator instead. The cross compiler on x86 machine can be used during application building and the executable and library(.so and .a) can be copied to target machine.

Best of luck,

We're running EPICS on a SheevaPlug ($99 IOC).
At the APS they're running EPICS on a MOXA UC-7408 Plus

So it's certainly doable.
