base and the application without compiler optimization turned on. In
CONFIG_SITE, I set CROSS_OPT=NO. The build-time warnings went almost
entirely away, and the IOC seems to be completely functional now, with
Asyn & StreamDevice communicating over ethernet.
Thanks to Michael Abbot for steering me away from what was apparently
not the problem that I initially suspected.
