There is a new release (R6-5-1) of the motor record available here. A change to the OMS MAXv driver may be of particular interest to users who are uncertain whether or not their MAXv boards are experiencing the watchdog reset problem. The latest MAXv firmware (ver:1.33) includes access to an onboard watchdog timeout counter. This counter is used by the EPICS MAXv driver to conclusively determine if a watchdog timeout driven reset has occurred. More details are available in the "Release Notice" at the above link. Ron |
