Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System

Ralph,
We did develop a driver for the MKS Spectra Satellite RGA analysers (over RS232) some time ago. That particular RGA analyser is out of production.
We have some of the newer MKS Microvision units and have been getting by with just the web interface. If someone is developing a microvision driver we are also interested.

Hello -
what are people using as EPICS integrated RGAs?
I see Diamond has a driver for the MKS Microvision 2.
What about others? SRS RGAm series? Pfeiffer Prisma Plus? Extorr?
Please also share your operational experience - I can sum up results for
tech talk.
Thanks a lot,
Ralph
