It looks like somewhere along the line this got changed to 'thread' -- see src/libCom/iocsh/libComRegister.c around line 204.
There's also 'epicsThreadShowAll' which isn't in the app dev guide iocsh command descriptions at all.

I think that changing the documentation is probably the right thing to do ('show' should become 'thread' and 'epicsThreadShowAll' should be added).

Alternatively, should 'show' become 'epicsThreadShow' in the documentation and 'thread' become epicsThreadShow in the code?
