Yes, I always build statically for the win32-x86 and cygwin-x86 architectures.
 
Put the following in base/configure/os/CONFIG_SITE.win32-x86.win32-x86 or CONFIG_SITE.cygwin-x86.cygwin-c86
 
SHARED_LIBRARIES=NO
STATIC_BUILD=YES

Rebuild base and your apps with those settings.

Hi all,
we are trying to use the CA-repeater on a windows 2003 server. There are
problems to use the dynamic libraries. Is it possible, to link the EPICS
objects statically? Please answer to 'all'.
