What version of motor are you running?  The older versions created a file called WithMPF.dbd, but newer versions do not.
 
Did you build the WithMPF or WithAsyn example application?

hi, folks. When i run the simulated motor in synApps/Motor/iocBoot/iocSim, i can not find the file MPF.dbd. I already compiled the synApps/motor/motorApp/MotorSimSrc.

Please tell me how to use the simulated motor when there are no hardware. Thanks
