I fed up with Fedora so, I installed UBUNTU and now MEMD is working fine.

Two other extensions are giving problem "caSnooper" and "ChannelArchiver"..
When I try to make they give error like below.. couldn't solved it.. if
anybody can help.

The file name in your error message is XmP.h.  The X needs to be  
capitalized.
