Hi, all,

Recently we experienced a trouble in one IOC, it does not respond to telnet, but it says alive if I ping it. New CA connections can not be setup to it, but those CAs which have been setup can work normally. We got lots of warnings on this IOC's console,

-> 0xc26180 (CA_UDP): arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo0xc26180 (CA_UDP): arpres

olve: can't allocate llinfo0xc26180 (CA_UDP): arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo0



This IOC is on-line for operation, using EPICS base 3.13.8 + vxWorks 5.4 + MVME5100.



Could anyone give us some help?
