No, it is not currently possible to initialize array fields before iocInit
(that includes using dbLoadRecords), since the memory to store the array data
is not allocated until the record initialization takes place. The best
suggestion the community has for doing this is to use an autosave/restore
program to set the array during the IOC start-up. That could also be used to
set string fields.
