Matthieu,

The problem we encountered is both intermittent and systematic.  After
power cycling the crate and leaving it alone for a  period of time it
would start to exhibit this behavior.  Within a few hours of power
cycling the crate the problem would show up.

Hi Elder,

Can you tell if the failure was intermittent or systematic on the broken

card?
This is worrying for my project because we use the OMS58 in several 
places and as much as we intend it, it's not always possible to put 
(mechanical) hard limits to protect our equipment.
