The default value for ADEL would be zero, so that no change in default

behaviour is seen. But it can then be set to a sensible value for

archiving.

I would implement it in the same way as it's done for the analogue

input record. So this means an additional ALST field for use in the

monitor() function.

While I'm at it I could also add an MDEL field to enable a value

monitor deadband.
