Dear Tech-talk,

I was hoping to get a clarification on how to compile MEDM 3.1.4 on

Scientific Linux 4.5.

I downloaded BASE 3.14.10 and then the extensionsTop_20070703 file.

MEDM does not like this combination and has an error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib/libXm.a', needed by

`medm'. Stop.

I then reverted to using extensionsConfig_20040406 and

extensionsConfigure_20040406 files which worked.

Since the extensionsConfig and extensionsConfigure are no longer

officially available I am guessing the above solution isn't the

correct one.

What step(s) am I missing?
