Mark Heron and I spent a morning with some friends from JET talking about ITER and EPICS. Since the ITER guys haven't mentioned this yet I thought I should point out their call for nominations of Software Engineering Services companies who can provide  expertise in the use of and development in the EPICS software environment. This looks like a ?1.5M contract over three years (with possibility of extension) to support the core of the ITER EPICS distribution.

I can't find the link on the other member country web-sites, but presumably it is implied, even if it isn't present.

I assume all the likely candidates are aware of this, but I felt this sort of information should go out to tech-talk since the final choice will clearly have some influence on the collaboration.
