The messages are from the Time Provider in base/src/libCom/osi/osiNTPTime.c
and are displayed when the vxWorks sntpcTimeGet() routine fails, implying the
NTP request was dropped somehow. We originally allowed for multiple failures
before we reported the warning message, but it appears that since we
increased the synchronization interval to 60 seconds the message probably now
appears after the first failure. Since your system is recovering you might
want to change the '60' value in line 161 of the above file to be 120 say,
and fix the comment on the previous line to match.
